Refunds and Cancellations

Cartglobe.com believes that customers may require to cancel their orders sometimes because of unforeseen reasons, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on cartglobe.com?

If under any unavoidable circumstances, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

However in case of cash on delivery, you will be given an option to take the refund in any online wallet or your bank account. In that event you will be required to provide necessary bank details.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

 If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Also, please call our customer care at 9718808674 or email us at support@cartglobe.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the product code or UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Cartglobe’s 10 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Cartglobe, applicable if the customer received defective and damaged item. Condition being that you do not use the product and preserve its original condition, whatsoever. You can try on a product but please be cautious to preserve its condition.

In case of Returns, you will have the option to transfer the money into your Cartglobe web account or the bank account which was used at the time of transaction. You can return the product in two different ways:

Our pick up: In most locations we offer a free pick up service for your return. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

Courier it directly to us: You may courier it directly to us, after a quality check of the product we will initiate the refund process, which will be equal to the cost of the product purchased.

After receiving your return, we will run a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products into your Bank Account (which was used at the time of transaction). If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a cash-back refund and purchase the new item separately.

Below are the points regarding exchanges and returns policies:

Products or items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact

Coming Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

In the event you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well

If you courier your returns yourself to us, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

In case of self courier, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us thoroughly.
